Great Headset - would buy another May 20, 2009
I am extremely happy with this headset. I have purchased numerous others, including the Aliph models. This is the best headset for listening, especially with my loud car. People can hear me very well when I am driving in my convertible with the top down. No other bluetooth has performed like this for me.

I am very pleased.

I don't use the volume or the mute button on the headset, so I cannot comment on the buttons.

Even Fisher Price would have made a better one... May 10, 2009
I have a Blackberry 8330 and needed a Bluetooth headset...
I tried the over the ear ones and they all fell out of My ear so I found this one...

* It's flimsy... it feels like it's going to fall apart, the head loop is small...
I have a large head and I always felt like it was going to fall off...

* The sound quality was ok but half the time people couldn't hear Me...

* The volume buttons are tiny so it was a pain to adjust the volume...

Then after just two weeks of using it, it refused to take a charge...

I would have been better off with Tin Cans and String...

NO AUDIO VOLUME.... I'm a truck driver and when I tried this headset in our office no one could hear me. So in a semi, I know I would not be heard. I called the toll free number listed on your website and on the invoice that I got from your market place vendor ANTonline 1-877-293-9797 and found it a non-working number. I have never been so discussed with my experience with a vendor. My company has been buying quality headset products from Amazon for years and we went right back online and ordered another headset by blueparrott on your website....

Very Poor Product Apr 17, 2009
I got this bluetooth in december and it is only now april and it is falling apart people is complaining they can not hear me. I took it back to the store that I bought it at and was told that I had to call MotorTrend for support and replacement however you can not get a good working number anywhere. Faulty Product on Delivery Mar 26, 2009
Verdict is still out. I received the product and immediately found the quality lacking. Tried repeatedly to charge it properly and use it with my Blackberry. In every instance, the sound quality reported by the people on the other end of the call was poor enough that I had to stop using it.

I wrote to the company (Ace Photo Digital) that actually delivered the product to me via Amazon and was shocked to learn their fine print on return policy. "If I had opened the package", that voided any return opportunity!! Can you believe that???!! I will never consider buying a product again from these people.

I called the manufacturer of the headset in Brooklyn. Took a few passes on voice mail exchange to connect. But they immediately agreed to exchange the headset if I would send them the faulty equipment. I have done that and am awaiting the arrival of the replacement. I certainly hope that the new headset resolves my problem as I was very attracted to the claims. I have a long history of failed attempts to get a quality hands free bluetooth form of cell phone communication on my Blackberry.

More later after I receive and test the performance of my new headset....
